Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of workforce development and training, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Duties: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, community organizations, and government agencies - Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs that meet the needs of our clients - Conduct interviews and assessments to identify individual strengths, skills, and barriers to employment - Educate employers on the benefits of hiring individuals with autism or developmental disabilities - Provide addiction counseling support to individuals seeking employment - Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance Experience: - Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in business development or a similar role - Strong knowledge of workforce development strategies and training program development - Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable - Familiarity with recruiting practices and techniques - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse populations We offer competitive compensation packages including salary commensurate with experience.
