As Conference & Catering Sales Manager, you'll:

• Manage all aspects of our catering services, including catering for convention groups.
• Actively solicit and book significant corporate, social, and group business meetings and events.
• Assist with coordinating all aspects of events, including hotel room reservations, meal menus, meeting room space, audio/visual requirements, event coordination, set-up, and tear-down.
• Solicit meeting planners of organizations to explain services and facilities offered by the resort and to solicit their business.
• Ensure that we provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
