Full description of the position

Description:
1. Work with OEM customers to build up AUOs tier 1 capability

2. Track account receivable to avoid overdue: including tooling, samples, and MP shipments

3. EDI/FCST coordination contact window between HQ and OEM customers for reliable and accurate forecasting

4. Coordinator between AUO plants and OEM for ensure smooth of delivery

5. Maintain and develop relationships with direct customers, distributors, and strategic partners

6. Responsible for local warehouse survey, setup, and management

7. Oversee supplier scoreboard performance rated by OEMs (eg. RMA, delivery)

8. Work with partner, HQ Sales, Finance, Logistics team to create logistics and monetary flow among AUUS, partner, HQ or local warehouse

9. Work with HQ Sales, FIN and logistic team to enable D term (incoterm) for local office

10. Monitor BP hit rate (externally for BDM to do commercial negotiation with OEMs

11. Work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.

12. Update knowledge and develop professionally on a continuing basis.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial terms, logistics, and related Sales fulfillment tasks in automotive industry.

2. Demonstrated ability to manage external partners and executive level relationships.

3. Demonstrated ability to build and execute cross-functional plans to achieve defined objectives.

4. Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze issues then construct plans for problem solving.

5. Creative and strategic thinking with excellent decision-making skills.

6. Familiar with OEM system portal such as EDI, eDDL, DDL system.

7. American work authorization (preferred).

8. Mandarin speaker is required.
