Job Qualifications:

• Active Florida Real Estate License required
• 2 years Real Estate sales either buyer, seller or both
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Highly motivated and eager to learn with a Growth Mindset
• Thrive in a collaborative team culture while remaining self-motivated and resourceful (you like being part of a team but hold yourself accountable)
• Passionate about phone sales and building relationships
• A fierce and smart negotiator
