Role Description:

- Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Job Type: Full-time, with On-Site/Remote options

- Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour

Commission Structure:

Bracket 1: Annual Recurring Revenue On Deals less than $100K:

4-Year Recurring Commission From 2% - 10%

Bracket 2: Annual Recurring Revenue On Deals between $100K and $200K:

4-Year Recurring Commission From 4% - 12%

Bracket 3: Annual Recurring Revenue On Deals over $200K and above:

4-Year Recurring Commission From 6% - 15%

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, initiating contact with potential customers, creating relationships, and maintaining opportunities in CRM. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and preferably an IT/technical background.
