.Fetch Puppies located in Dayton and Beavercreek Ohio, is seeking energetic, talented, and well organized, Retail Store Associates who desire an upbeat and exciting retail environment and has a love for puppies and people. Our sales associates are the heart and soul of our stores culture and success.

Our experienced Sales Associates consistently make $15 to $45 per hour

The ideal candidates must have a strong commitment to providing guests with an exceptional customer experience and shares our enthusiasm about the pet industry and has a desire to be a part of an industry leading company.

Job Responsibilities:

Our sales associates assist and educate customers in their quest to adopt a puppy. Helping customers find their new family member is a highly rewarding and exciting position, not to mention your day is filled with love and puppy kisses. Our sales associates are called Puppy Matchmakers and our companys Matchmaker Training Program will provide you with the necessary training to deliver an effortless customer experience while pursuing challenging and rewarding goals.

Qualifications:

Candidates who have experience in a retail environment and or experience with animals in a professional setting is a plus but not required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to use all Store equipment, including registers and computers as required.

Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store

Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop

Ability to lift more than 40 lbs.

Certain assignments may require other qualifications and skills
