This is what you can expect working with a productivity coach.

• Our productivity coaching program will boost agent productivity and confidence,
• Assist agents set and reach their goals.
• We will meet with agents on a regular basis
• Encourage their initiatives and activities necessary to write a contract in the first 30 days and
• Obtain Capper status in their first 12 months.(EARN 100% OF YOUR COMMISSION!))
• We will also provide a series of Power Hours with activities such as

- script and role-play activities,

- lead-generation activities,

- videos, trainings on CRM and technology

- contracts & forms training.

Qualifications

Your Requirements:

• Be a California licensed real estate agent or willing to get one.
• Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success.
• Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere! (We are electric and love it!)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
