Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients & internal teams.
• Manage inbound leads and drive sales.
• Analyze markets & customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize spare part inventory & collaborate with engineering on new parts/kits.
• Partner with internal teams for efficient order fulfillment & customer service.
• Track sales, generate reports, & provide data-driven insights.
• Develop & implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Manage projects effectively & meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Minimum 2 experience in sales/business development.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Team-player.
• Prioritization, time management, & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
