High School Diploma or GED required. College degree and basic accounting coursework is a plus. California Notary Public a plus.

Background and/or Experience Required

Two years of experience as an administrative assistant required. Experience with contract and DRE processing, HOA, Bond preparation and exoneration in the home building or construction industry preferred. Contracts and accounting experience a plus. Must always present a professional image. Computer experience required utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet. Experience in Enterprise One and DocuSign preferred.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service daily. Projecting a positive and professional image is essential at all times. Strong interpersonal skills to include excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and problem solving. Able to professionally take instruction from various people. Experience and knowledge of computer programs to include DocuSign, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to meet deadlines is essential. Directly assists Land personnel in all matters related to invoice management. Coordinate, review, and manage documents covering various aspects of real property law which include DRE processing, title company coordination, DRE coordination. Assist with coordination of documents covering covenants, conditions, restrictions, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and HOA setup. The associate will attend Turn Over walk through wen transferring communities to HOA. Attend HOA meeting and provide notary services.

  • DRE and HOA document coordination and maintenance.

  • Manage Document Storage.
  • Participate in Department and Company meetings and training.
