As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs and budget
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
- Handle client inquiries, claims, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to market insurance products effectively
- proficiency in English and is a plus
- Knowledge of benefits administration is preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
