Title: Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer

Location: Rogers, Arkansas (REMOTE)

Salary: $100,000k - $125,000k (depending upon experience) + benefits

Summary:

Our client, a top 30 Property & Casualty Insurance Broker, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join their growing team. This position will report to the Midwest Regional office, however the position is fully REMOTE (must live in either Arkansas or Indiana). Our client is looking for a hunter and able to produce new revenue, while possessing a strong understanding of commercial lines coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Promote our clients suite of solutions by cultivating robust business partnerships and relationships with centers of influence (COIs) and trusted advisors to financially successful families.
• Implement comprehensive risk analysis reviews focused on identifying personal, professional and business exposures and addressing them with a suite of proprietary solutions and collective knowledge of the dedicated Commercial team.
• Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
• Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices (Property/Casualty, Employee Benefits, Personal Risk Services) to meet revenue growth targets.
• Prepare and executes strategic sales plans for identifying and qualifying prospective clients
• Gain and develop knowledge of industry trends as well as advise and influence development of innovative, bespoke solutions in response to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current P&C License
• 2+ years of Commercial Lines Sales experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
