Responsibilities: Red 1 Realty, one of the fastest-growing real estate offices in Ohio, is expanding in Kentucky. We are looking for a Real Estate Broker/Manager to oversee the growth of the brokerage firm while earning exceptional residual income. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to recruiting, educating, supporting and retaining agents. Candidate must be an excellent leader who has a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. We are looking for ONE unique and dynamic leader for this position!

Experience:

• Minimum of 20 closed real estate transactions
• Minimum two years experience as a licensed salesperson
• Solid computer skills with knowledge of marketing tools and social media
• Ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively
• Goal focused and results-driven is a must
• Clean background check

What We Offer:

• One-on-one Mentoring / Training / Coaching from brokers who have recruited hundreds of agents, supervised thousands of transactions & brokered over a Billion dollars in sales
