SRV is growing rapidly, and we have an immediate opening for an Account Manager. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge in the world of HVAC and Refrigeration. The Accounts Manager will make non and scheduled visits to current customers regarding thier HVAC-R systems. This position will have a high focus on retaining customers by providing great customer service. Our Accounts Manager will collaborate closely with repair and install technicians, dispatch workers, and other supervisors to ensure customers satisfaction. Managers will often communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide accurate information on jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with customers in the refrigeration industry.
• Connect with key business executives and stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their needs and align them with the companys products and services.
• Prepare sales reports to track the performance of the accounts.
• Answer client queries about refrigeration products, services, and maintenance.
• Identify new business opportunities among existing customers in the refrigeration industry.
• Act as client advocates to ensure their needs are met by the internal teams.
• Work with internal departments such as sales, technical, and customer service to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.
• Assist with making sales of refrigeration services.
• Handle client complaints and ensure they are resolved to the clients satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze data to understand market trends in the refrigeration industry.
• Improve the overall customer experience to foster loyalty and growth.
• Serve as the liaison between the company and its customers in the refrigeration industry.
• Address customers needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage multiple small accounts or a few larger ones within the refrigeration industry.
• Develop account plans to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Deliver porposals for refrigeration solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (not required)
• Experience as account manager or relevant experience in the industry
• Communication Skills. Be able to effectively communicate with client, leaders and employees of all levels
• Analytical Skills. Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
• Problem-Solving Skills. Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
• Listening Skills. Excellent active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of clients
• Interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
• Organizational Skills. Be able to manage multiple accounts.
