Full description of the position

• A Long Beach licensed cannabis dispensary looking for dedicated and reliable team players to join our team. Cannabis experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Our goal is to provide the most positive experience to each customer through great customer service and our knowledge of cannabis.
• The ideal applicant will have cannabis knowledge, cash handling experience, a positive attitude and high integrity. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. This position requires complete open availability, including holidays, weekends and nights.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge about the cannabis products (accurately describing methods of consumption, ratios, milligrams of THC/CBD and dosages to patients)
• Maintain compliance of the California State laws and regulations
• Clean, stock, and organize store
• Conduct accurate inventory counts of all store products
• Strong sales skills
• Dependable/Punctual
• Great communication skills and ethic
• Work cohesively as part of family/team environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends with limited or no schedule restrictions
• Demonstrate extremely strong verbal and written skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Possess basic math skills
• Ability to follow precise rules and directions to maintain compliance

• Ability to frequently bend and/or twist at waist/knees/neck to and from seated position while working at workstation.

• Ability to constantly perform sedentary work, spending extended periods of time at desk or workstation.

• Ability to seldom climb stairs at some locations.
• Ability to seldom push and/or pull up to thirty (30) pounds.
• Ability to seldom lift or carry up to thirty (30) pounds.
• Ability to keyboard for extended periods of time.
• Ability to function in an environment with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to deliver quality results under high pressure deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; maintain corrected hearing and vision to normal range.
