Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in promotional events by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues with customer onboarding. We work directly with companies the size of Verizon.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry and customer service
- Ability to handle phone calls with proper etiquette
- Multilingual abilities preferred
- Experience in sales and upselling is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
