Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car internet Manager to join our team. As the Used Car internet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our used car internet department. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills, automotive sales expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We will not relocate or wait on a relocation in process. I am currenty looking for someone in the are ready to start immediatly. Anyone outside of normal driving distance need not apply. Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the used car internet department, including inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and sales strategies

- Develop and implement effective sales processes to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide coaching and feedback for improvement

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions using dealership software

Skills:

- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership environment

- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and retail math

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff members

- Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate them to achieve sales targets

- Proficient in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and prospecting

- Solid understanding of automotive industry trends and market dynamics

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively

Pay: $35,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
