ECHO is looking for a detailed, analytical, and customer-centric Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative Sales Operations Team!
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Manage crucial documents such as price contracts and certificates of origin, and effectively communicate relevant information.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by promptly collecting required information, tracking approvals, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee various programs and requirements to ensure alignment with business and customer expectations.
- Identify customer product information needs, collaborate across teams to gather product data, understand product lifecycles, and ensure accurate pricing and product specifications/images are available for sales communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team, addressing inquiries requiring follow-up with customers or other departments.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and drive them to resolution.
- Generate customer discounts, rebates, sales expenses, open accounts receivable, and accruals for budget tracking.
- Maintain document control of serial numbers, warranty claims, titles, and requests for credits/debits from customers.
- Participate in sales operations development and attend regularly scheduled meetings with various departments including Sales, Accounting, and Customer Service.
- Collaborate with IT for system implementation, troubleshooting, and testing, as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, document processes, and collaborate across functions to implement changes as needed.
Job Experience/Skills:
- Prior sales support or account management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
