We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Compensation: $40,000-$70,000 Per Year

A Message from Steve Womack: I began my career as a State Farm Agent on July 1, 2005, and have been serving Midtown, Downtown, and all of Memphis since then. My agency recently became dual licensed and able to serve Mississippi customers as well. I serve on the board of directors of the Cooper-Young Business Association as President, am a Cooper-Young Festival Board Member, a Neighborhood Faith Center volunteer University of Memphis YMCA and an award-winning agent, including Chairman's Roundtable!
My focus in the agency is to serve our customers first and treat them as the Golden Rule says. In fact, that is our agency's vision statement. Using the RICP (Retirement Income Accredited Professional) education and training, I work with our customers in planning for retirement, specifically on formulating plans to spend down the assets that have been accumulated in the most tax efficient manner, including how and when to file for social security.
I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the lake, and traveling.

- Must currently possess both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
- Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
- Self-Motivated
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
