Job Description

A leading residential real estate team seeks an organized and detail-oriented full-time Listing Manager for immediate hire. This role demands managing all listing-related tasks such as paperwork, scheduling, working with stagers and photographers, and overseeing property listings on the MLS and other platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for client care, managing communications, showings, and feedback. Daily responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining databases, troubleshooting, and various administrative tasks to support listings and client relationships. Applicants should possess excellent organizational, communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The position offers a competitive salary of $50K to $60K with bonuses, health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required. A drivers license, access to a smartphone, and internet at home are necessary; a real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
