Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products within a designated geographic area. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Duties:

• Solicits sales of cabinetry to achieve budget and new business growth targets
• Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Implement strategies for territory to increase revenue and profitability
• Establish new accounts
• Develop business relationships to promote Distributor and Builder sales
• Increase market share in existing accounts
• Manage territory accounts including distributor showroom visits and builder field visits
• Maintain integrity and quality business relationships
• Provide competitive information
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Competitive Compensation Package - Salary plus Commission (salary based on commensurate experience)

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or business development role
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
• Fluency in is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $40,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
