Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as cold calling and upselling, to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to achieve department goals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information
- Proven experience in cold calling and generating new leads
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in sales management is a plus
- Proficient in retail math for pricing negotiations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with customers

Pay: $53,751.50 - $64,732.99 per year
