• Train and develop Assistant Directors and team members to uphold HHS standards and to create a positive team environment
• Recruit quality team members who reflect HHS values
• Communicate regularly with hospital staff and executive team to align goals and expectations
• Perform daily inspections, providing coaching, and discipline
• Willingness to follow HHS defined policies and procedures
• Manage the EVS department budget
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure the facility is meeting industry standards and compliance
• Collaborate with the regional vice president to establish improvement strategies
• Manage vendor relationships for the housekeeping team

• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Organized and able to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Hospital experience preferred
• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build a rapport with facility administrators and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to relocate for promotion is preferred (promotions are not guaranteed in the same market or nearby markets of the initial job)
