Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies and providing excellent customer service to clients. Your role will involve analyzing clients' insurance needs, negotiating policy terms, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products and services
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients
- Process insurance applications and policy changes
- Assist clients with claims filing and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Proficient in sales administration and benefits administration processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively
- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus

Pay: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
