The Innova Group is a nationwide Consulting firm seeking a full-time, Sales & Marketing Representative to join the team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships within an assigned territory, connecting with key decision-makers. Representatives will liaise between customers and our internal sales/marketing teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Additionally, the candidate will possess a need to continue self-developing, learning new business strategies, and will have an entrepreneurial mindset. We are looking for long term business partners, not just employee's!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute day to day sales, marketing, and campaign management in a B2C/B2B environment.
• Manage the implementation and delivery of a key clients activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying an opportunity to expand
• Own all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and key implementations
• Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach
• Get your hands dirty with team building, growth, and expansion efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and external
• An ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve
• Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
• Strong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to role-up your sleeves

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
