What you will be doing:

• Identify new business opportunities in line with the Group business strategy.
• Maintain and develop high level sales relationships.
• Plan, develop and execute business development activities, short and long term marketing and sales plans.
• Act as an internal business development & marketing partner.
• Support the Division President in deploying the global sales strategy.
• Analyse business trends developing new opportunities.
• Conduct Market Research and attend trade shows.
• Support the Division President in appointing and managing suitable agents and distributors.
• Develop a business plan covering sales and revenues for the assigned region and market.
• Manage the sales team to meet agreed targets.
• Forecast sales for each product and territory.
• Set individual territory sales targets and manage individual performance for the sales team.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counselling, mentoring and product training.
• Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with clients.
• Monitor progress ensuring on-time delivery.

Experience you will need:

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Strong experience in selling and market knowledge.
• Experience in negotiating international sales contracts.
• Management and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, fluency in English.
• Experience in team management.
• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background.
• Sales Forecasting.
• Business development skills.
• More than 5 years of experience in similar roles, with team management.
• More than 10 years experience in technical sales (for complex custom products).
