About the role:
This role is responsible for sales from first contact to close, nurturing & building long term relationships with valued leads & clients, and helping our clients in the best way possible.
Inside Sales Representative:
- Outbound calling & prospecting to company provided leads.
- Telephone e-mail LinkedIn WhatsApp & SMS outreach to leads & clients.
- Follow-up & reactivation of inactive clients
- Understand, negotiate & offer products in accordance with clients specific product needs.
- Enter orders & collect payments according to company guidelines.
- Maintain ongoing relationships & follow-ups with clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in B2B or Enterprise sales.
- Excellent people, prospecting, professionalism & communication skills
- Technologically savvy, familiar with smartphone brands & specs.
- Track KPIs & motivated to meet sales goals.
- Local NY candidates only
Entry to mid-level position, salary & compensation commensurate with experience & qualifications.
