Car Wash Plan Consultant Job Summary:

The RipTide Car Wash is seeking a Wash Plan Consultant to assist our customers with purchasing various car wash packages. Our Wash Plan Consultants are incentivized to help customers save money by purchasing unlimited wash club memberships. Furthermore, RipTides Wash Plan Consultants act as a resource to inform customers of any promotions we run throughout the year, answer questions regarding our various amenities/products, and welcome our customers to our site with a warm and friendly smile.

RipTide offers their Wash Plan Consultants competitive hourly rates and uncapped commission earnings for all unlimited wash club plans sold.

Car Wash Plan Consultant Job Schedule:

• We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, but we will give candidates who can work 30+ hours per week interview preference.
• Furthermore, candidates who are available to work occasional weekend shifts will receive additional interview preference!

Car Wash Plan Consultant Pay:

• We start Wash Plan Consultants at $14/hr.
• Wash Plan Consultants will receive commission for each unlimited wash plan membership or prepaid plan membership they sell. We run various promotions throughout the year to increase customer counts and to make selling plans easier. Commission payouts vary based on the unlimited/prepaid wash plan package, but the typical payout is $10 per plan sold.
• Over the years, RipTide has sold tens of thousands of unlimited wash plan memberships to our customers. Our most successful Wash Plan Consultants have been able to make over $40/hour when both their hourly rate and commission bonuses are added together!
• There is NO cap on commission earnings! If you sell 1,000 plans in one month, then you could make $10,000 in commission!

Car Wash Plan Consultant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Inform customers of the differences between our wash packages and the value in purchasing our unlimited wash club memberships.
• Explain promotional offerings to our customers (when applicable).
• Answer any questions customers may have regarding any car wash amenities.
• Provide the best customer service possible.
• All other duties as assigned by the location management team.

Car Wash Plan Consultant Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outside.
