Job Overview:

We are seeking a Biligual Licensed Real Estate Agent (Spanish) highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Producer. On top of base salary , 50/50 split on all company generated lead closings and 90/10 on closings you generate. As an Assistant Producer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Such as managing about 40 property management units. This is a full-time position or can be as little as 32 hours if you prefer with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

- Answer phone calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and calling leads daily and exceptional follow up.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

- Utilize software tools such as DocuSign for document processing

- Support office management duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Transcribe meeting notes and ensure accurate documentation

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette

- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients

- Familiarity with office software tools for administrative tasks

- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management

- Ability to transcribe meeting notes accurately
