Our client is a leading Property Management company specializing in high-end properties, catering to discerning clients seeking luxury living experiences. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in leasing high-end properties. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, showcasing properties, and facilitating lease agreements to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and amenities of each apartment home
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective tenants
• Guide clients through the leasing process, including lease negotiations and documentation
• Stay current on market trends and competitor rates to provide informed guidance to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED)
• Proven track record of success in luxury real estate leasing or sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi software
• Must have weekend availability.
