Maverick Windows is rapidly growing and looking for new talent to join our team! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual primarily focused on lead generation for our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments through effective marketing strategies and a successfully proven methodology.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is often the first point of contact for both customers and clients, so were looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustworthy customer relationships. Previous experience in sales is ideal, but not required.

This is a door to door position. But before you click away, this is not door to door sales. This is a viable marketing position in which you will be an important part of our business model. This position has promising room for growth, substantial earning potential, and guaranteed in house promotion if you stick with the team. Your role as a Marketing Specialist is to act as an in-person information liaison from Maverick, to potential customers at their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
• Door to door and going to shows, generating leads, room for growth & collaboration
• Identify target markets and segments, conduct market research, and analyze customer needs to tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, email campaigns, social media content, and website copy.
• Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and to reach potential customers and drive engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate sales meetings with potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Must be able to be on feet/walk for long periods of time.
