Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Duties: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Analyze market data and competitor information to develop effective sales strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support Experience: - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry - Strong knowledge of technical sales processes and strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals - Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools - Self-motivated with a strong drive for success We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
