A French tennis supplies company-and the oldest racquet sports provider in the world-is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their sales team.

This is a temp-to-hire position, and a great way to get your foot in the door of a globally known brand. They offer free food, a fun work environment, and every Friday, your workday will end early at 3pm!

Sales Support Representative Job Duties:

• Answer customer calls while providing excellent customer service and assisting with customer orders, questions, and warranty claims, etc. as needed
• Support with customer sales credits, returns, and maintaining records
• Work closely with and communicate daily with internal teams while also supporting the Outside Sales Representatives
• Build and maintain relationships with current customers

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (times are flexible based on needs)
• Off early EVERY Friday at 3pm

Sales Support Representative Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tech savvy and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Basic excel skills
• Outgoing and positive attitude

Pay: $21.63/hr.
