Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their parts needs. This position is ideal for someone with dealership or retail sales experience with some knowledge of utility trailers preferred

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and purchases

- Provide product recommendations and answer questions about trailer parts, accessories, and services

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring stock levels

- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Experience:

- Previous experience in dealership or retail sales is preferred

- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to calculate discounts, taxes, and totals

- Familiarity with trailerservice and repair is a plus

- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software is beneficial

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
