Join our dynamic team at RSP Supply, a leading provider of E-commerce Industrial Hardware Sales. We're dedicated to delivering exceptional products/services to our valued customers and are seeking a motivated Order Fulfillment Coordinator to help us maintain our high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview: As a BDR (Business Development Representative), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and setting appointments for follow up calls. This is a full-time in-person position, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including calling previous customers, emailing, and social selling, to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Grow the inbound purchases into managed partners by maintaining and building customer relationships.
• Qualify leads through strategic questioning and research to assess fit and potential for partnership.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using NetSuite.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies.
• Schedule calls and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Continuously learn about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

Qualifications:

• ERP experience is a plus.
• Netsuite experience is ideal.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment and tracking is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ideally ERP software.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
