Full Time Technical Sales Engineer Job Description

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. MUST HAVE experience working with suppliers like Ford.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Close sales
• Provide technical support to customers
• Develop and execute sales plans
• Track and report sales results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales
• Strong technical knowledge of the products and services sold by the company
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build rapport with customers
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service
