Front Counter Representative

Compensation: $19.00-22.00 Per Hour

Schedule: Five 8-hour days a week with rotating days off.

Position: We are looking for a full time Front Counter Representative at our Fairbanks location. Primary responsibilities are as follows:

Customer service in our Showroom and learning information about products to effectively facilitate recommendations to customers.

Use Evosus/Multitouch Pro to create and notate customer profiles, create invoices and complete sales.

Testing water samples for domestic water, drinking water and spa/pool water; observing, evaluating and notating results.

Analyze water testing results to recommend products or doses of chemicals to resolve customer complaints.

Merchandising products, cleaning and maintaining the showroom, warehouse and hot tubs within it.

Entry level position with the potential to promote to Sales Representative

Requirements:

People Person with Great Customer Service Skills

Ability to pass a background check. All scenarios will be considered on an individual basis.

Able to lift at least 50 pounds

High School Diploma or GED

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability and willingness to learn new information and skills

Effective Communication Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability and willingness to learn new information and skills

1+ Year Experience of Customer Service

General computer (Google Suite and Microsoft Office) and typing skills
