You'll be given access to leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Responsibilities:

• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Technology driven
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
