Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and capabilities
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with sales support software is preferred
- Ability to upsell additional products or services
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing calculations
- A valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
