Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open project files and follow filing and scanning system procedures
• Type and proof routine correspondence, proposals, and other documents
• Assemble and distribute documents to relevant parties
• Follow up with clients for project authorization and track signed contracts
• File correspondence and maintain organized records
• Answer phone calls, provide information to callers, and route calls as necessary
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), WordPerfect, and internet skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not required
