Job Summary:
New England Insurance Group is seeking a driven and dynamic Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Producer at New England Insurance Group, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage and policy options, including Group and Individual Health, Dental, Vision & Life, Workers Compensation, and Disability Insurance; General and Professional Liability, including Director & Officers, Errors & Omissions; and Property and Casualty, including Commercial Auto Insurance.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.
• Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up to date client and sales records in the companys CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have a valid insurance license.
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
