Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties

- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices

- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions

- Market properties through open houses

- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and answer any questions they may have

- Prepare and present offers to sellers on behalf of clients

- Negotiate contracts and terms

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements

Experience:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
