Full description of the position

Experience in Senior Sales preferred:

Our Community Relations and Sales Coordinator is an important part of our Morning Pointe team. In this role, you work with our community leadership team to deliver the Morning Pointe Experience to prospective residents and their families.

Here are some of the responsibilities and duties of this role:
  • Assists as needed with tours and call outs to prospects.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of sales strategy, process and implementation.
  • Participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up
  • Facilitates and coordinates move in paperwork and transition of new residents.
  • Maintains departmental administrative duties.
  • Assists with the completion recurring department reports.
  • Attends required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
  • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices, and by practicing proper infection control measures.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morning Pointe Senior Living.
