Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Entry and Management of Incoming Orders/Change Orders/Blanket Orders/COP Acknowledgement
• Maintenance of Open Order Reports (OOR) related to the receipt and acknowledgement of customer orders.
• Assisting accounting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Support office functions when needed
• Works closely with Operations and Quality to expedites RMA orders
• Maintain active communication between Customers, Sales, Engineering, Quality and Operations
• Reconcile open order reports from Key customer accounts.
• Expedite and follow-up on orders while relaying/communicating information as needed.
• Flag applicable departments of any issues needing to be resolved
• Audit COP for accuracy and advises of changes
• Support the Shipping Department with documentation and back-up functions.
• Prepare Customs Documentation when necessary to ensure that corresponding international documents are complete and handled properly
• Coordinate customer submittals for Quality packets/ order submittals
• Maintain documentation of all action items related to Production Meetings and Customer Inquiries
• ISO Documentation
• Complete Daily and Weekly Audit Reports related to workload to be up to date in log
• Answer telephones in a professional and efficient manner
• Process A/R invoices daily, including filing all associated BOL, packing slip, forwarding shipments

Qualifications:

• Experienced with Microsoft Office-Word & Excel. Experience with Access is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of customer service
• Knowledgeable in the use of PC's including current software programs, emailing, document imaging and database management
• Able to prioritize and multitask in fast paced environment
• 3-5 years customer service experience required. Must have order entry experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with customs documentation and shipping documentation
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Associate degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
