Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. Live in closer to Fairburn .no transportation problems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and promoting our products. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries

- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Upsell products and services to increase revenue

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Knowledge of wireless electronics sales is a plus

- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations

- Ability to learn about technical products and explain their features to customers

- Experience in jewelry or technical sales is an advantage
