Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Responsibilities:

• Engage with members of the community at events to increase awareness and drive revenue generation
• Effectively educate community members on our clients community focused initiatives with the intent of increasing donations
• Demonstrate strong communication skills through active listening, understanding the customers needs, and identifying actions
• Attend in-person meetings to learn all marketing and sales strategies
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the Communities, consumers, and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Requirements:

• 0-3 years as a Community Service Representative, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, or other relevant entry-level positions
• High school diploma and/or GED is a must
• Dedicated to meeting or exceeding expectations
• Go-getter with a drive for success and to establish a long-term career
• Exhibits professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times
• Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to contribute new ideas
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently
• Superb relationship building skills with an outgoing and charming personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
