Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, presenting tailored Commercial Insurance solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with your passion for sales and exceptional communication skills.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of sales professionals in an environment where every success is a team success.
• Utilize your sales acumen to cross-sell different lines of insurance when opportunities arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling and B2B sales (1-3 years preferred).
• Passion for sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks, PhoneBurner)
• Preference given to candidates with a P&C License or experience in different lines of insurance.
