We are immediately hiring highly motivated and qualified sales representatives.

Qualified applicants will demonstrate the ability to educate and acquire new business

opportunities in a professional and timely manner. Previous experience in construction

and/or roofing sales is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.Best Choice Roofing is

Details:

This position is for a residential roofing sales representative.

We do supply leads, but you will be required to generate your own as well.

Commission is based on the total sale.

Honesty and integrity are foundational.

Ability to provide ongoing general support to our clients as needed

Ability to learn and use our technology, including our CRM and Email.

Weekly pay period.

Competitive commission-based pay.

Meeting face to face with customers following the inspection to explain the

damages found and make them feel comfortable regarding the process of

moving forward.

Must be able to climb ladders, walk on (most) roofs and perform basic math.

Must have professional appearance and good communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take direction from management while also being self-sufficient

Determination and motivation to meet and beat sales goals

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED

Previous Sales experience is preferred, but not required.

We will train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
