The Riddles Group Inc, is looking for a talented, organized professional to join our team as a Sales Associate in our Grand Forks, North Dakota store. This position has great opportunities for growth and provides an easy way to transition into the jewelry career field. We are open to both full and part-time applicants for this position.

Our ideal Candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who believes in excellent customer service and teamwork and enjoys taking on new challenges each day.

Our sales consultants are supported by a wide-ranging product line, competitive pricing, one of the best brands in the business and a full line of services to meet customer needs. Training for sales consultants takes place within the store and while sales experience in a retail setting is recommended it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and timely greeting of customers
• Willingness to work with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of minor watch repairs
• Completion of sales paperwork; warrantees and guarantees
• Proper use and security of the till
• Cleaning showcases, checking inventory
• Other duties as assigned by manager
