Our Sales Agents provide outstanding service and show our customers the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder. Youll prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverages, and convert quotes into new policies.

Requirements:

• Must have a Personal Lines license or P&C license
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
• High level of dependability
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
• Confident self - starter who works well independently
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Spanish Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Be a team player to help grow the agency
• Make sales for auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service
• Educate clients on auto, home and renter's insurance
• Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during calls
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
