Position Overview

**Searching for Someone Interested in Growing with the Business**

For more than 30+ years, Rodriguez Insurance Agency, Inc. has successfully assisted clients with their insurance needs in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. We specialize in Property and Casualty insurance only. Providing quality- based customer service at three office locations, Rodriguez Insurance empowers their clients to be informed of their insurance options, and tailors services that fit best with their individual price points. As a result, Rodriguez Insurance continues to thrive, and often gains new customers via referrals. Being family-oriented, Rodriguez Insurance is excited to start a new venture and expand our insurance family.

Currently, we are searching for an energetic and bilingual agent/customer service representative to join our team. Our Agent/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. We are also looking for someone who can help us support, and expand, the commercial side of our clientele.

With our fast-paced, yet steady work environment, we require strong leadership skills as we are searching for someone who is able to multi-task, and be detail oriented. Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone calls promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Submit client payments to insurance companies

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish and English), oral and written
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Starting at $17 per hour (negotiable), depending on experience
